This Privacy Policy describes how JaiPar Gym Accounting App ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application available on Google Play.

Important Notice:
This application is intended strictly for authorized gym business partners. Public registration is not available. Accounts are created only by the developer.

Financial Clarification:
This app does NOT process digital payments, UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, or online bank transfers. It functions only as a digital ledger for tracking offline or cash payments collected at the gym.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide app functionality:

Business User Information: Name and contact details provided during account setup.
Member Information: Member names and subscription details entered manually by the gym owner.
Financial Records: Offline payment history and accounting records.
Authentication Data: Assigned User ID and encrypted password credentials.
Device Information: Basic device information such as device model and OS version for security and troubleshooting.

We do NOT collect precise location data, contacts, SMS, call logs, photos, biometric data, or payment card information.

2. How We Use Information

To provide gym accounting and record management services
To authenticate users securely

3. Data Sharing

No Selling of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.
No Advertising: This app does not use advertising SDKs or third-party ad trackers.

Users may request permanent deletion of their account and all associated data.

Deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days after verification.

Deletion of their account data
